The Customer Success Associate Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and innovation with key restaurant partners.
- Provides best-in-class services to external business leaders and franchisees;
- Defines and executes operational excellence initiatives; and
- Identifies growth opportunities within the account.
Your Impact in This Role
- Collaborates with the Global Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive shared business growth within high-value restaurant partners;
- Advances strategic priorities through performance improvement projects, store activations, and account penetration initiatives;
- Built trust with multiple stakeholders across the restaurant partner's corporate and store network;
- Analyzes data to identify opportunities and threats to the restaurant partners' business and provides recommendations for growth; and
- Improves the restaurant experience and success through cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A proven track record in customer or partner-facing experience at an enterprise level;
- Customer empathy and a passion for working directly with key accounts;
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills to engage senior audiences;
- Commercial acumen to understand businesses and navigate partner operations;
- Data acumen to analyze complex problems and develop solutions based on data.
