**Key Account Partner - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Partner to join our Domain Residential Field NSW Sales team covering the Eastern and Northern Suburbs of Sydney. The Key Account Partner is to be a connection between Domain and the local market & build on Domain's presence in the local market through nurturing and growing the customer relationship.

You will problem-solve customer needs and work with internal teams to ensure the right SaaS and marketing solutions for your customers are provided in a timely manner. You're passionate about being an essential partner to Domain's most high-value customers through solution selling techniques and insight-led conversations.

**Who are you?**
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients by meeting and engaging with them on a regular basis to deliver tailored SaaS and marketing solutions for their business needs
- Act as an advocate for customers, influencing product roadmaps, and supporting marketing that aligns Domain solutions to needs
- Possess the ability to work autonomously and be responsible for your own diary management
- Be accountable for solution sales to your designated Domain customer group or portfolio, and achievement of sales goals
- Take accountability for team goals and informally support and mentor peers
- Have the ability to interpret and articulate data insights to customers
- Drive the following outcomes to strengthen and grow the customer relationship:

- Sales revenue and quarterly sales growth
- Revenue growth by account and product utilisation
- Maintaining the customer relationship through nurturing current accounts and identifying prospects for further Domain solutions
- Providing accurate documentation into Salesforce
- Have a valid NSW drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
- Understanding of Real estate or property industry
