About This Opportunity
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response at one of our retail sites based in Helensvale.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing the necessary support
- Assessing and responding to situations of risk
- Access control
- CCTV Control Room Duties
- Incident report writing and data logs
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current Security License
- A Control Room License and Crowd Control
- A current First Aid certificate and CPR
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- An ability to work as part of a team
