We are seeking a highly professional Security Officer to provide excellent customer service and emergency response at a retail site on the Gold Coast.
About the RoleThe successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-level security and customer service duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and providing necessary support
- Assessing and responding to situations of risk
- Access control and CCTV operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Security License
- A Control Room License and Crowd Control
- A current First Aid certificate and CPR
- Excellent presentation skills
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
