">Seeking experienced Retail Security Officers who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry.
">Responsibilities include providing security services at Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre, supporting tenants, guests and visitors, managing access, responding to client requests, ensuring site safety and security, managing emergency situations and demonstrating proactive security awareness.
">Role Requirements:
">Must be able to demonstrate current QLD Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable, CPR Certificate, previous experience in Retail Security (welcome but not essential), confident interpersonal and communication skills, ability to take ownership of service delivery, complete reports using various platforms, excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate, high-level problem-solving skills, ability to respond to emergency situations, valid work rights in Australia, ability to work shifts up to 12 hours and availability across 7 days/nights.
