About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at one of our retail sites based in Helensvale. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and emergency response to ensure the safety and security of our premises.
- Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support
- Assess and respond to situations of risk
- Access control
- CCTV Control Room Duties
- Incident report writing and data logs
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A current Security License
- A Control Room License and Crowd Control
- A current First Aid certificate and CPR
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
