What you will be doing

You will be  responsible for the security and patrolling of the resort community keeping people and property secure. You will be interacting with the residents and stakeholders all the time to provide your customer service skills while assisting with delivery some of parcels and mail.

As a Safety & Security Officer, you will also be required to support emergency procedures as well as perform the following tasks to a high standard:

  1. Demonstrate exceptional customer service when engaging with residents
  2. Respond promptly to security issues including Emergency calls and liaise with emergency services
  3. Perform regular patrols of the residential grounds and provide access when needed
  4. Use of our technology application used in documenting delivery
  5. Be available for rotating roster with days and nights

What we are looking for?

  1. Previous Security experience, preferably in an exclusive residential community but not essential
  2. Current Qld Security Licence (Sec/Monitoring)
  3. Current QLD Drivers Licence
  4. Current First Aid
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Ability to work autonomously and good problem solving
  7. Strong work ethic & reliable
  8. A willingness to learn and grow
  9. Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
