The RoleWe are seeking experienced retail security professionals who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and passion for ensuring site safety.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS with key stakeholders and managing access to our sites.
- RESPONDING PROMPTLY to client requests and ensuring the security and well-being of our facilities.
- MANAGING EMERGENCY SITUATIONS and exhibiting proactive security awareness.
Requirements:
- A valid full security license in NSW, VIC, SA, WA, ACT, or QLD.
- A current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate.
- Prior experience in retail security is welcome but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to complete reports using various platforms.
- Exceptional presentation and corporate grooming standards.
- High-level problem-solving skills.
- The ability to respond to emergency situations.
- Valid work rights in Australia.
- The ability to work shifts up to 12 hours.
- Availability across 7 days/nights.
