The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for key customers and driving strategic growth through expert solutions.
As an Account Manager at our company, you will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively partner with customers and deliver customer-centric outcomes. Your proactive approach, combined with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, will enable you to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Determining customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining strong relationships at multiple stakeholder levels both internally and externally.
- Collaborating closely with customers to ensure project goals & timelines are met, service levels are maintained, and annual NPS scores are achieved.
- Leading solution and contract negotiations with assigned customers to facilitate business objectives and maintain customer retention.
- Developing and managing key account plans and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
- Leading the development of reports and conducting on-site client visits weekly, monthly, and quarterly to focus on tactical and strategic KPIs.
