
Partner Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a Strategic Partner Development Manager to contribute to our team in Perth.
The role involves building and maintaining strong partnerships with national 'Strategic Partners'. This includes identifying, developing and delivering solutions that address business challenges and drive profitable growth. The position requires influencing and advisory skills, engaging at C-Suite level, and acting as the main point of contact for all partner needs.
Responsibilities:
- Take an influential and advisory role into the Partners business, engaging at C-Suite level
- Build strong relationships with State Managers to drive partner engagement across all states
- Enablement of assigned partners, including onboarding, training and required accreditation and contracts
- Communicate and upskill Partners on new products, sales tools and service offerings
- Partner with sales team and Partners in the end-to-end Partner Solution sales process using our sales methodology
- Drive sales campaign and strategic initiatives with partners to identify opportunities for solution expansion, drive action plans and maximise sales
- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned portfolio
- Support Account Managers with engagement and commercial negotiations with Partners
Requirements:
- 8-10 years' experience in a sales environment
- Expert at conflict resolutions
- Presentation & influencing skills
- Account and relationship management
- Business Planning
- Stakeholder management at Senior management level
- Some interstate travel from time to time
