Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support and document control services to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely receipt and review of documents;
  • Verify metadata compliance for design submissions;
  • Initiate design reviews and track progress;
  • Prepare reports on contract deliverables;
  • Support the development of core information for gateway reviews;
  • Ensure efficient turn-around of documentation;
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with document control systems, and knowledge of the construction industry.
