Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage a local portfolio of properties.

About the Role:

  • Responsibility for managing a diverse range of properties including office spaces, retail units and industrial sites.
  • Preparation and presentation of entry and exit condition reports to ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance issues or defects.
  • Management of maintenance schedules and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
  • Effective arrears management to minimize debt and maintain healthy cash flow.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, either residential or commercial.
  • Possession of an Agents Representative Certificate.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
