We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our property management business, overseeing a small but dedicated team and a portfolio of 30–40 commercial properties.About UsWe are a boutique property management company focused on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our clients and tenants.
Our scale allows us to offer highly personalised service, while still managing a diverse mix of quality assets.The RoleAs Senior Property Manager, you will:Lead the day-to-day management of our commercial portfolio (30–40 assets).
Manage and mentor a small team of property managers and a trust accountant.Oversee lease administration, tenant relationships, and maintenance coordination.Drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Act as a key point of contact for owners, delivering exceptional service and strategic advice.About YouWe are looking for someone with:Proven experience in commercial property management (leadership or senior PM role).
Strong knowledge of property legislation, leases, and trust accounting principles.Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop a small team.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.Why Join Us?
