Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale property portfolios, strong knowledge of property laws and regulations, leadership skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of property managers and a trust accountant.
  • Oversee lease administration, tenant relationships, and maintenance coordination for 30-40 commercial properties.
  • Drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional service to owners.
Requirements
