Service Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user-centered services and digital experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate design thinking workshops.
  • Design service blueprints, user journeys, personas, and discovery reports based on user insights.
  • Deliver business analysis artefacts including user stories and requirements for improved user experience in ICT systems.
  • Develop strategic planning documents and digital roadmaps.
  • Champion user-centred thinking and continuous improvement.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the design of digital projects aligned with our Digital Master Plan's Stabilise Phase. This includes applying human-centred design to improve services, shape user experience, and drive digital transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in service design and digital transformation.
  • Strong facilitation and proactive stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in agile teams and influence outcomes.
  • Strategic planning approach and a focus on bringing users to the centre of the solution.
