Our organisation is seeking a skilled Organisational Change Manager to lead the implementation of our technology system. As a senior consultant or manager, you will be responsible for driving change and adopting data-driven insights.
This role requires a strong understanding of human-centred design, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. You will work closely with project teams and senior leaders to influence change strategies and implement organisational transformation.
- Develop and execute change strategies using data and AI insights to understand user behaviour and readiness.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training with various stakeholder groups.
- Use data and analytics tools combined with AI insights to visualise and monitor change adoption, predict resistance, and adapt plans rapidly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- A driven, innovative, and technology-savvy mindset eager to explore new tools and approaches.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including SES-level leaders.
