Job Title: Digital Transformation Expert

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our team and contribute to the stabilization phase of our digital master plan.

The ideal candidate will apply human-centred design principles to improve services, shape user experience, and drive digital transformation.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate design thinking workshops.
  • Design service blueprints, user journeys, personas, and discovery reports based on user insights.
  • Deliver business analysis artefacts including user stories and requirements for improved user experience in ICT systems.
  • Develop strategic planning documents and digital roadmaps.
  • Champion user-centred thinking and continuous improvement.
