We are seeking a Service Designer to help deliver digital projects aligned with the Digital Master Plan's Stabilise Phase.

The role involves leading stakeholder engagement and facilitating design thinking workshops.

  • Lead stakeholders through the design thinking process to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Design service blueprints, user journeys, personas, and discovery reports based on user insights.
  • Deliver business analysis artefacts including user stories and requirements for improved user experience in ICT systems.
  • Develop strategic planning documents and digital roadmaps.
  • Champion user-centred thinking and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for applying human-centred design to improve services and shape user experience.

This requires strong facilitation and proactive stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to work in agile teams and influence outcomes.
