Job Title:

A service designer is required to help deliver digital projects aligned with the university's digital strategy.

About the Role:
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate design thinking workshops to drive digital transformation.
  • Design user-centred services, blueprints, user journeys, personas, and discovery reports based on user insights.
  • Deliver business analysis artefacts including user stories and requirements for improved user experience in ICT systems.
  • Develop strategic planning documents and digital roadmaps to champion user-centred thinking and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in service design and digital transformation.
  • Strong facilitation and proactive stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in agile teams and influence outcomes.
  • Strategic planning approach and a focus on bringing users to the centre of the solution.
