
Vulnerable Youth Case Manager

We prioritize the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people.
To achieve this, we work collaboratively with families and other agencies to address complex problems and provide necessary support.
- We engage in sensitive and respectful communication with parents, family members, and clients.
- We assess risk and develop safety plans to protect our clients from harm.
- We manage cases involving high-risk clients and their families.
- We participate in court processes, including preparing documents and attending hearings.
To succeed in this role, you must be confident, empathetic, and resilient.
- You require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, or Welfare, along with relevant practical experience.
- Other related degrees are considered if you can demonstrate your knowledge, skills, and experience working with vulnerable populations.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can build strong relationships.
- You hold a valid driver's license (P1 or above).
- You have a current Working with Children clearance number.
