We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Safeguarder to join our team. As a Child Protection Caseworker, you will be responsible for providing expert support to vulnerable children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with parents, family members, and other agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective safety plans to mitigate potential harm.
- Manage complex cases, including those involving high-risk clients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with court officials and prepare relevant documents to support case outcomes.
- A strong background in child protection or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
