Your work will focus on supporting clients through trauma-informed care, mental health interventions, and collaborative planning to achieve meaningful outcomes.
This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving lives.You will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and contributing to case planning with families and other professionals.
The position involves some travel across the Western NSW.
You'll be part of a supportive environment that values professional development, reflective practice, and a shared commitment to client wellbeing.DutiesProvide psychological assessments, consultations, and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective case plans.Maintain accurate records and reports including support plans, assessments, and intervention summaries.Participate in team meetings, supervision, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.We support people to live their best life.
