Practice Leadership Role
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Child, Youth and Family services in rural, regional and outer Sydney.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the child protection, family preservation and restoration, and the out-of-home care sector. They will be passionate about practice and staff development, with the ability to work closely with Operations leaders and colleagues to identify practice needs and provide support.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact on the lives of children, young people and families.
">- Develop and implement practice workshops and resources that reflect best practice and respond to the changing needs of clients and the operating environment.
- Support Operations leaders to build their practice leadership skills.
- Provide complex case consultations to support operations staff deliver best-practice services.
Requirements
">Relevant tertiary qualifications and operational experience in child, youth and family services.
A thorough understanding of the child protection, family preservation and restoration, and the out-of-home care sector.
Demonstrated ability to translate research and complex ideas into accessible practice resources and workshops.
Experience working with staff and Operations leaders to facilitate reflection, learning and best practice.
