The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Onsite Engineer to join our Melbourne Service Centre Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing onsite and remote incident resolution, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Assisting remote resolver teams with activities that require physical presence
  • Creating knowledgebase articles and process documents
  • Reducing the volume of incidents through proactive problem management

We operate a flexible work arrangement, with 4 days in the office/onsite and 1 day work from home on Wednesdays.

Our Melbourne role is based in Abbotsford, with travel required between customer sites in Metro and regional VIC, as well as phone-based support work in our Abbotsford office.
