The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Onsite Support Engineer to join our Melbourne Service Centre Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers.
The role will involve:
- Providing onsite and remote technical support and maintenance services to customers
- Assisting remote resolver teams with activities that require physical presence
- Creating knowledgebase articles and process documents
- Reducing the volume of incidents by identifying and eliminating root cause through proactive problem management
- Assisting the projects team with deployment of new infrastructure
- Setting up new PCs, phones, and mobile devices
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
