Job Summary

Rinnai Australia is a fast-growing and energetic organisation that continues to invest heavily in Australian manufacturing and the latest technologies. We are seeking an experienced tradesperson to provide technical advice and remote support in the THD department for associated branded products to all customer types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and remote support to customers, including plumbers, gas fitters, installers, and consumers.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Distribution, Service, and Sales departments.
  • Develop and maintain product operation and service information, maintenance, and diagnostic guides.
  • Provide specialist technical help desk support for Gas Heating products and related ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling systems.

Requirements

  • Trade qualifications in plumbing and gasfitting.
  • Installation experience with gas ducted heating systems and related equipment.
  • Intermediate general computer skills and competency using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Confident, courteous telephone techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service focus.
  • Experience in refrigerated air conditioning would be an advantage.
