Job Overview

This role is a vital part of our Retail Banking Services team, delivering a seamless banking experience to over 10 million customers. We have been serving local communities for over 100 years with market-leading products and services.

We are looking for an experienced Credit Relationship Manager who can build strong relationships with our customers, providing tailored financial solutions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including home loans, business banking and financial advice.
  • Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance and credit product applications.
  • Complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking services.
  • Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while championing our risk-adverse culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in financial services or retail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex financial terms clearly.
