**Aluminium Façade Systems (AFS) specialises in high quality and fully compliant non-combustible aluminium façade solutions. Backed and serviced nationally by Alspec, Australia's market-leading aluminium system specialists with over 46 years of experience. Developing from a start up division to a standalone business entity we are excited to be growing and subsequently appointing the newly created key of National Sales and Marketing Manager.**

Tasked with the responsibility overseeing and delivering the AFS sales and marketing strategy designed to deliver growth through a cost-effective and profitable business model, this role with see you responsible for:

- Implementing new sales & marketing plans and strategies
- Managing and driving your small national sales team for growth in revenue and margin
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements
- Identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
- Analysing financial budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
- Maintaining relationships with important clients and partners by making regular visits to understanding their needs and anticipate new marketing opportunities
- Staying up-to-date and current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Ideally suiting an individual with extensive industry experience with the Façade, metals or building and construction industry, this role will the successful applicant build on the early initial success AFS has enjoyed whilst leveraging future success from Alspec’s national branch network, workforce and 47 years of success with the Aluminum industry._
