**About Us**

Job Assist is a solutions company located in Carrum Downs and are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Finance/Payroll Officer to join our team. As the Finance/Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance and payroll processes for our diverse range of clients, including but not limited to:
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Processing payroll for a range of clients and industries
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Managing compliance with taxation and other statutory requirements

**Experience & Qualifications**
- A relevant qualification as a BAS agent desirable
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance/payroll role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and software (MYOB, Xero, etc.)
