Sales Development Manager, Community Markets

The RoleAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory that spans Melbourne North and Melbourne West. You'll work closely with Health Care professionals in the Community, Hospital, and Residential Care channels to identify and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Your primary objective will be to deliver sales growth by generating revenue from new and existing customers. To achieve this, you'll need to use your professional sales skills and experience to negotiate solution-based outcomes and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed business objectives.
About YouWe're looking for someone who is passionate about building long-standing, trusting relationships with key stakeholders. You'll need to have high-level communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers.
Previous experience in Account Management or Sales, particularly in the Health, OTC, Aged Care, or Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industries, is highly regarded. Knowledge of the Community market and Aged Care industry will also be well regarded.
