Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Community Development and Sales Manager to join our team at CreativeCubes.Co.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team transforming how people work. As a Community Development and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and fostering a community environment within our centres, promoting awareness of our facilities, and ensuring a positive working atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Centre Operations
    • Manage daily centre requirements, including opening and closing, member needs, sales leads, renewals, meeting room bookings, and mail distribution.
    • Work with the centre team to facilitate internal/external event promotions.
    • Attend to sales leads and meeting room enquiries from start to finish, following company processes and liaising with all departments to ensure a favourable client experience and outcome.
  • Sales and Leasing
    • Tour potential clients at assigned locations, preparing and following up on proposals sent per current processes.
    • Liaise with the Sales Area Director on all tours and enquiries.
  • Maintenance and Networking
    • Responsible for maintaining assigned centre(s), ensuring daily cleanliness and general presentation.
    • Manage all other maintenance requests for the centre to ensure it is always kept in excellent condition.
    • Host weekly afternoon drinks and regular networking events for clients in your assigned Centre locations per the schedule agreed upon with the Area Sales Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of management experience.
  • Sales experience is a valuable asset, or a strong desire to develop and excel in a sales-focused role.
  • A passion for building and fostering a community environment, with a natural ability to bring people together.
  • The Ability to deal with constant change and maintain high motivation.
  • University graduate a plus.
  • Hospitality or Hotel Management experience a plus.
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
