Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our part-time team on a hybrid basis, working from home and our administration building in Liverpool.

This role will provide administrative support to ensure all compliance obligations are met, coordinate logistics for events, and manage databases and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize end-to-end event logistics and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate communications and correspondence as the primary point of contact.
  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement diversity and community strategies to make a positive impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to foster valuable relationships and maintain databases and portfolios.
About You
  • Possess a passion and sound understanding for netball.
  • Operate with integrity, striving for excellence to positively impact key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proven ability to implement and manage successful administrative support.
  • Show demonstrable competency using software systems and web-based platforms.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
