**Position**: Rostering Coordinator (Full-Time)
**Location**: Liverpool, NSW
**Pay Rate**: $36 per hour

**Role Overview**:
As a Rostering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our staff schedules to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients. You will work closely with our support workers, clients, and families to provide the best possible care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain staff rosters.
- Coordinate shift changes and manage staff availability.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in rostering or scheduling roles (disability or community services experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with rostering software and MS Office.
