Paragon Engineering is seeking a proactive individual to join our growing team. We're a specialist engineering firm with a focus on structural design for foundations and shoring systems, structural assessment and specialist testing/monitoring. We're looking for an extraordinary Administrative Assistant to join our office. In this role, you'll be capable of navigating a busy work setting to support our operations with a range of tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise between internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate project schedules and track progress and achievement of project milestones.
- Maintain our Quality Management System documentation, ensuring compliance with engineering best practices.
- Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Organise logistics and events.
- Provide support for staff affairs and maintain a positive and friendly work environment.
- Assist in the development of branding initiatives, ensure cohesive and consistent messaging and maintain online/social media presence.
- Coordinate design and web content strategies in collaboration with external graphic artists, photographers and video producers, and consultants.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced tools such as AI, Google Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Canva.
- Experience in accounting software.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a switch-tasking environment
- SEO and Social media skills
