**Your new role**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Liaison with students/agents/internal staff on all admissions concerns, including (but not limited to) course details, student fees, agency commissions, and account reconciliation.
- Making the necessary enrolment and invoice on RTOM (ensuring they adhere to regulatory criteria and are within CRICOS durations and prices) (TPS etc) releasing Confirmation of Enrolments (COEs) on PRISMS when necessary.
- ensuring that forms are fully completed and providing required documentation (especially in situations of deferment/suspension or provider change)
- contacting the student, the appropriate personnel, or the agent to follow up on any missing paperwork.
- Ensure that all Admissions Processes are documented, and the relevant handbook is regularly updated
- Identify and provide suggestions for improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of Admissions Operations related to student and /or partner agent interaction and administrative support
- Respond to inquiries from prospective international students and education agents in a professional and efficient manner.
- Coordinate all student admission documents received from education agents and international students.
- Conduct GTE assessment and review SOP.
- Issue Letter of offers using RTOM, acceptance agreements, OSHC, and student ID Cards
- Issue COEs, add COEs variation and report on PRISMS.
- Coordinate the admission procedure from signing the international student agreement and acceptance of the offer to orientation.
- Maintain all data entries on the Student Management System (RTOM), including filling and archiving.

- Experience with PRISMS and/or RTOM will be highly regarded.
- Problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders including agents.
- Experience working with student administration database, electronic enrolment systems, spreadsheets, and other technologies for streamlining student management.

**Education and Role essentials**:

- 2 years plus demonstrated similar experience in an admissions role.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Education system, especially the international education sector (essential)
- Advanced skills in the use of computerised information systems and IT literacy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Up-to-date working knowledge of key legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to international students, including ESOS, PRISMS, SVP and regulatory requirements.**RTO Academic Officer - Liverpool NSW 2170**:

**Your new role**:
Academic Officer is responsible for overseeing the operations of the College, with a strong focus on quality learning outcomes and targeted growth of the RTO in line with the College strategic objectives. This position holds an overall responsibility for the planning, development and delivery of a high care, academically rich experience for our students. Leading all staff to strive towards excellence to create and foster a positive culture for all staff and students.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Plan, produce, and oversee the content production and training materials.
- Collaborate with the team for new ideas and content strategies.
- Create schedule and calendar plans for content releases and updates based on ASQA requirements.
- Monitor student academic progress.
- Take ownership and responsibility for AGC courses, and evaluate and update courses and material for all assessment tools, on a regular basis.
- Maintain and organise the input of all data necessary for training delivery into the AGC student management system in an efficient and profession
