Administrative Coordinator for Premier League Netball

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Mounties Group in Liverpool, NSW.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Premier League Netball franchise, ensuring seamless execution of events and compliance with all relevant obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and manage end-to-end event operations, ensuring timely delivery of key outcomes.
- Serve as primary point of contact for communications, correspondence, and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to enhance the social impact of our netball program.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Netball stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Manage and maintain databases, portfolios, and uniform inventory for the franchise.
About You:
- Demonstrated passion for netball and commitment to excellence in administrative support.
- Proven track record of implementing successful administrative systems and processes.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent time management.
- Familiarity with software systems and web-based platforms, with proficiency in data management.
- Current First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation Certificate, NSW Working with Children Check, and valid Driver's License.
