Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience and Claims Performance

The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer experience and claims performance.

This involves working collaboratively with the Leader, direct customers, team members and third parties to find solutions consistent with their needs and business objectives.

  • Place the customer at the heart of decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to injured customers.
  • Maintain a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members and third parties.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
What You'll Do

This role requires a strong understanding of Personal Injury claims and effective communication skills to work with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Personal Injury claims is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years Technical Claims or Senior Claims Advisor Experience is desirable.
  • A commitment to increasing customer experience and delivering high quality solutions within required timeframes.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to convey and explain information to direct customers both verbally and in writing.
