Claims Resolution Specialist
We're seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Digital First team, you'll play a vital role in resolving insurance claims and examining reported losses.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your skills and knowledge to:
- Examine reported insurance losses to establish cause, liability, and quantum
- Communicate proactively with clients and customers about initial findings and potential solutions
- Project manage the rectification, remediation, or re-instatement of damaged property, including emergency repairs with experts in a seamless process
- Verify the nature and extent of loss/damage and quantify reinstatement work (material damage claims)
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior colleagues
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years' experience in insurance loss adjusting or AQF Certificate IV
- Relevant industry qualifications, such as ANZIIF or AICLA
- Knowledge and understanding of insurance claim processing principles and procedures
- Knowledge of claims regulations and legislation
- Experience working in the insurance industry on domestic and commercial losses
- Proven technical competency and strong service delivery focus for clients, including insurers, customers, and brokers
