We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Team Leader to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our laboratory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day laboratory operations, leading and mentoring teams, and driving innovation through automation, R&D, and new services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop multiple teams across disciplines.">
  • Deliver on financial performance, profit and loss (P&L) targets, and budget management.">
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality services that meet contractual requirements.">
  • Drive innovation through automation, research and development (R&D), and new services.">
  • Maintain National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) accreditation and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 compliance.">
  • Promote a proactive health, safety, and environment (HSE) culture across all laboratory activities.">

      • A degree in Science (preferably Chemistry or Microbiology).">
      • At least 10 years of laboratory experience, including 5 years in leadership.">
