Laboratory Leadership Position

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Science, preferably Chemistry or Microbiology, and have at least 10 years of laboratory experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day laboratory operations and production workflows, leading and mentoring teams across disciplines, delivering on financial performance targets, building strong client relationships, driving innovation through automation and R&D, ensuring NATA accreditation and ISO17025 compliance, promoting a proactive HSE culture, and representing the organization at industry events.
A strong business acumen, including P&L and financial reporting, is essential. A collaborative and motivational leadership style, deep understanding of laboratory quality standards and safety systems, and demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and innovation are also required.
