Lead System Integration Director

Job Summary:

A senior leadership position has been created to lead the system integration function. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading a high-performing team to deliver technical solutions that meet the agency's requirements.

The role requires strong leadership qualities, with experience in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading technical teams and 10 years of senior experience in technology-related leadership roles.

  • Establish and lead a team of technical specialists to create a world-class system integration function.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to maintain and enhance systems, applications, and cloud environments.
  • Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery capability, including requirements, functional definition, systems design, development, system integration, testing, and management of interdependencies.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the agency and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience leading a technical team
  • Minimum of 10 years senior experience in technology-related leadership roles
  • Degree in IT, Engineering or related field is desirable
  • Experience in standard development, delivery, and operational processes like SDLC, COBIT, ISO9001, ITSM, SIAM or similar
