Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in the Transformation Practice's Defence sector, located in Canberra. As a client-facing consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice, services and support to help our Defence clients achieve their primary objectives.

This is an exceptional opportunity for passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring new perspectives to support our clients in addressing critical challenges. You may be a consulting professional looking to grow your skills or someone involved in delivering outcomes for Government and Defence who wants to specialise in a specific discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new client work with existing clients and through new client opportunities
  • Provide vision and direction for the teams you manage
  • Set and achieve strategic business targets
  • Lead resource planning
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders
