Job Description

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Transformation Practice's Defence team in Canberra. As client-facing consultants, you will play a crucial role in providing advice, services and support to help our Defence clients achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities include leading project teams effectively, developing strategies to meet client needs, managing client relationships proactively, overseeing resource allocation for projects, and providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
