REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER – Supported Independent Living

Location: Penrith Head Office | Travel across NSW

As our Regional Operations Manager, you'll oversee SIL services across several metro areas, leading a team of passionate SIL Managers. You'll ensure high-quality care, drive service excellence, and bring innovation to the way we support our participants. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, value-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of SIL Managers across multiple locations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, rostering, and participant allocations
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and internal quality benchmarks
  • Manage budgets, monitor performance, and optimise resource use
  • Resolve complex client matters and support teams to deliver outstanding outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations and care delivery

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in SIL or disability operations
  • Strong understanding of NDIS systems, including PRODA and PACE
  • Operational and financial management expertise
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Cert III in Disability or Community Services)
