Job Description:

The position of National Account Manager is crucial to the organization's success. This role entails fostering strong relationships with key retail partners, facilitating mutual growth and prosperity.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Fostering long-term connections with retail partners to achieve outstanding results
  • Developing joint strategic plans for promotions, forecasting, and in-store execution
  • Utilizing sell-in and POS data to generate actionable insights that drive category growth
  • Managing the entire process from ranging decisions to retail sell-through
  • Providing innovative ideas and recommendations to enhance category management
  • Collaborating with Product and Demand Planning teams to align market insights with business strategies
  • Developing and presenting insightful reports supporting financial forecasts and business decisions

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager with a track record of growth and strong retail relationships
  • Experience managing multiple brands or categories within a premium consumer goods company, with knowledge of the Australian and NZ retail markets
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerBI
  • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and build trust
  • Energy and confidence in managing multiple priorities
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing
