About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service in [location]. As a Lead OSHC Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality before and after school care and holiday programs to children in your local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that meet the needs of local families and promote a positive learning environment
  • Manage and mentor a team of educators to ensure exceptional service delivery and support their growth and development
  • Built strong relationships with schools, parents, and the broader community to promote the service and enhance its reputation
  • Roster staff and manage compliance documents and administrative tasks
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the childcare or OSHC industry
  • A completed or partially completed ACECQA recognised qualification, such as a Certificate IV in Children's Services or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • An employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state
  • The willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check
