As an OSHC Program Manager with TheirCare, you will have the opportunity to lead your own service and support local families by providing high-quality care for children before and after school, as well as during holidays.

About the Role

This role offers a unique chance to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in your community. As an OSHC Program Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging programs using industry-leading tools, building strong relationships with parents and teachers, and mentoring a team of educators to develop their skills.

You will work closely with our Area Manager to roster staff, manage compliance documents, and perform administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about making a difference in children's lives, and possess a recognized qualification in teaching, childcare, or community services.

In this role, you can expect to earn a salary of approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the responsibilities and requirements of the position.
