Lead OSHC Service Coordinator for Local Families

TheirCare is a leading provider of Outside School Hours Care and Holiday Programs across Australia. We enrich communities and support families all year round.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity exists to lead our OSHC service in Palmer's Island Public School, supporting local families with quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging programs with industry-leading programming tools
  • Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry
  • Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager
  • Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks

You will work 7 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. This role also involves weekly administration hours.

About You:

We are seeking an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. Key qualities include excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships, and a willingness to obtain necessary certifications.

Requirements:
  • Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification
  • Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, extensive training opportunities, and a dynamic community of educators.
