About This OpportunityThis role offers a rare chance to lead a not-for-profit, community-based Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service in Sydney's Inner West. As Director, you'll take on the responsibility of crafting a positive, child-led environment aligned with the My Time, Our Place (MTOP) V2.0 principles.
You'll oversee a dedicated team, fostering a safe, inclusive, and vibrant space that supports each child's unique journey. Your expertise, insight, and connection to the community will be valued and respected.

Requirements:
- Experienced in OSHC: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in leading and nurturing a thriving OSHC program.

- Relational and Personable: Skilled at building relationships with families and the community, adapting communication style to connect meaningfully.
