Lead OSHC Service Coordinator for a Rewarding Opportunity in New South Wales

Salary: $1000 sign on bonus plus up to $60,000 per annumThis exciting opportunity will see you take on the role of leading your own OSHC service, providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for children in the local community.
About the Role:- Manage your own OSHC service, supported by TheirCare's area manager and head office team.
- Create engaging programs using industry-leading tools.
- Become the face of TheirCare within the school community, building positive relationships with parents and educators.
- Mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Roster for your service, ensuring a smooth operation.
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks.
- You are an engaging individual passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
- You hold a valid Employee Working with Children's Check in the relevant state.
- You are willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and a National Criminal History Check.
